Swine flu, like normal seasonal flu, is easily spread by the tiny droplets in a cough or sneeze. You may sneeze into an empty space but you will leave germs on a surface that another person will pick up simply by touching that surface. To reduce the risk of catching or spreading the virus you should: 1. Cover your mouth and nose when coughing and sneezing, using a tissue. 2. Throw the tissue away quickly and carefully. 3. Wash your hands reguarly with the 'SKin Cleaner' product below 4. Clean hard surfaces (like door handles and remote controls) frequently with a normal cleaning product. CATCH IT. BIN IT. KILL IT. |
